1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern Your access to and use of the
Conversation Matcher mobile application ("the App").
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, You agree to be bound by
these Terms.

If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, You must not use the
App.

2. Eligibility

To use the App, You must:

  • Be at least **18 years old

  • Use the App for lawful purposes only

We do not permit use by minors under 18.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use the App, You may be required to create an account by providing an
email address and optional profile information.

3.2 Account Security

  • Keeping Your login credentials confidential

  • All activities occurring under Your account

  • Notifying Us immediately of unauthorized use

We are not liable for damages arising from unauthorized account access.

3.3 Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate Your account at any time if You:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Engage in harmful behavior

  • Attempt to misuse or manipulate the App

You may delete Your account at any time through the App or by contacting
Us.

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Harass, threaten, harm, or abuse other users

  • Use offensive, discriminatory, sexual, or hateful language

  • Impersonate any person or entity

  • Create fake accounts

  • Interfere with or disrupt the App

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the App

  • Use the App for illegal, violent, or fraudulent activity

Users who violate these rules may be banned permanently.

5. Conversation Matching

The App uses algorithms and AI-assisted systems to match Users based on:

  • Interests

  • Preferences

  • Profile inputs

  • Topics

Important:

Matching is not guaranteed, and results may vary.
The Company does not evaluate the truthfulness, behavior, or intentions
of Users.

6. User Content

6.1 Types of User Content

You may submit or exchange content such as:

  • Messages

  • Text

  • Profile descriptions

  • Conversation topics

6.2 User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content You share.

You agree that Your content will:

  • Not violate laws or regulations

  • Not include harmful, explicit, or violent material

  • Not infringe intellectual property rights

  • Not contain private information of third parties

6.3 License to Use Content

By submitting content, You grant Us a non-exclusive, worldwide,
royalty-free license to:

  • Process

  • Store

  • Display

  • Transmit

Your content solely for operating the App.

We do not sell User content or use it for advertising.

7. In-App Purchases & Credits

The App may offer future in-app purchases such as:

  • Match credits

  • Premium features

  • Priority matching

Information will be provided before any purchase.

7.1 Payment Terms

Payments processed through the App stores (Google Play or Apple App
Store) are subject to:

  • Their payment terms

  • Their refund policies

  • Their billing systems

The Company does not process or store payment card information.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use bots, scripts, or automation

  • Harvest or collect data from Users

  • Attempt unauthorized access to servers

  • Introduce viruses, malware, or harmful code

  • Use the App for commercial solicitation or spam

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including:

  • Logo

  • Branding

  • Design

  • Software

  • Algorithms

  • Content

is owned by Conversation Matcher IP B.V..

You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the App without
written consent.

10. Third-Party Services

The App integrates trusted third-party services, including:

  • Firebase Analytics

  • Firebase Crashlytics

  • Firebase Cloud Messaging

  • Hosting Providers

These services may collect certain technical data as described in the
App Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for the policies or practices of third-party
providers.

11. Disclaimer of Warranty

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

We do not guarantee:

  • That the App will always function uninterrupted

  • That matching will be accurate or successful

  • That conversations will meet expectations

  • That all Users are who they claim to be

Use of the App is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Conversation Matcher B.V. is not liable for:

  • Damages arising from User interactions

  • Misuse of the App

  • Loss of data

  • Security breaches caused by third parties

  • Harm resulting from meeting or communicating with other Users

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed €50 EUR or the minimum amount
allowed by law.

13. Safety Notice

The App does not:

  • Provide professional advice

  • Offer therapy, medical help, or crisis support

  • Conduct background checks on Users

Always exercise caution when speaking with strangers online.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access immediately, without notice, if
You breach these Terms.

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the App ceases

  • We may delete Your account and associated data

  • Certain legal obligations survive termination

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of:

The Netherlands

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in The
Hague, The Netherlands.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.
Updates will be posted in the App with a new "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the App means You accept the updated Terms.
